I am in the process of completely refurbishing a Callum Craft 22. Cabin has been gutted and rebuilt adding a Wet Room, 100 amp Solar Panel and Hot(warm) water. I'm using 2 Water Pumps-Hot and Cold but am a little bit foxed on how to wire the Sink Unit Tap which can supply Hot and Cold. As there is only 2 wires from the tap, what are the connections required for this. Any help gratefully received.

A powered tap is normally just a switch for a pump (usually cold only), best setup for hot and cold is a regular tap with pressure switched pump and gas instantaneous heater for outboard engines or calorifier for inboard engines, a solar panel won't heat much water, I would guess 100watt not 100amp as that would be huge.
A calorifier can also have a shore power immersion heater fitted.

Buy one pump only with a built-in pressure switch and you can use ordinary house taps. Power goes through a isolator switch and fuse to the pump, the pump will pump until pre-set pressure is attained and then stop, maintaining the pressure. As soon as the tap is opened the pump will start.

On the water side water from your tank is piped to the pump, AFTER the pump the output is split via a "tee" to the cold taps and the hot supply vessel or heater and thence to the taps. IF you are using a Palomar or similar observe the following points:

1. It must be a mains-pressure heater or the pump will burst it.
2. In winter you must disconnect the heater and drain it properly. Likewise any shower and it's valve etc.and blow out the pipes.
3. If your intention is to use a solar-still to heat to luke-warm the water in a calorifier then you will need a small circulating pump for that and a means to top up the primary loop. The roof-top collector and calorifier must also be drained very carefully come winter. You will be running a secondary inline pump to give circulation but apart from that everything must be capable of resisting mains pressure. The secondary pump purely circulates a loop in and out of the calorifier to transfer any heat-gain into your calorifier.
4. Mains pressure is normally around 50 psi or 3.5 bar, minimum UK mains pressure is only 14.5 psi or one bar, you will be looking at achieving something around 30 psi or 2 bar for a decent flow-rate.
