Turns out I can't actually donate the 37.5p that I no longer spend on a dog licence. Not that I have a dog. I guess I will just have to rollover the amount to next year....
Ah, they annoyed me by wanting my name even though I had ticked the "anonymous" box and then they doubly annoyed me by insisting on a minimum donation of a pound. I maybe would have stretched to 50p but a pound for that 'tache???? No way....
