Hi Kev.

Not a cheap item unless you can find a second hand one anywhere.
Millar Marine at Shardlow seem best I can find at £77.50.
This is listed on e-bay but I suppose pick up is fine.

Paul.

Hi Kev,i got one of those bar stools in cream for my 20,its comfy and looks great,i only used the seat on a fixed frame I had already, and the pedal stool was used for a cabin table, definitely recommend these.

I have a couple of helm seats mounted on barstool legs, it's easier to move them out of the way than a fixed seat.

My boat has Denso table legs for seat pedestals. They are OK to a point, but they are not designed to take that kind of weight and the bases eventually crack and need replacing.

This looks good, until you get the shipping costs added, I would like a pair. L H Jones (St Ives) have something similar in, but not at that price... less than the usual £100's though...

I have just aquired a couple of desk chairs for HiLo and on closer examination when stripped down the metalwork is fine for mounting in a boat. they just need some sort of base plate making up.
the adjustment to them for positioning is almost limitless.

Why didn't I think of that? I must have a look around at work and in the council tip..... I like the idea of gas adjustable. I could knock up an aluminium base at work on the lathe, in fact I'll get the kids in 10B onto it pronto!! They could probably find the chairs too, but they will never tell me where they find things like that??? Best not to know!!! LOL
