All white I'd say as it's only a small boat, it's hardly a Cheverton is it? I know nothing about the Chinese engine but it's reviews are far from encouraging. I would say after reading the Amazon customer reviews buy the Johnson engine, well known, easily serviced because parts are available and lots of workshop experience around with Johnson motors.

However, unless used on a millpond I'd want something bigger than 4 hp - at least a 6hp from experience assuming it's a runabout hard-chine hull. If a round bilge clinker or simulated clinker then maybe 4hp might do it just with a larger diameter prop to give it a bit of grip, or even a refurbished Seagull Silver Century 5hp.
Finally living the dream!
