You can not use a gas fridge on a petrol powered boat...... Not permitted under Boat Safety Scheme regulations.
You could disconnect the gas.... use 240 volts at the mooring (mains) and potentially 12v when cruising, but ONLY when the engine is running.

I see, thanks... we have a diesel engine, so I would assume thats ok
