Hi.. could anyone point me in the direction of a steering wheel please.. apparently our wonky steering is due to the wheel having three equidistant slots on the back to locate in onto the spindle thingy and the said spindle/spline thingy has only two small lugs opposite each other like a bayonet lightbulb if that makes sense?
thanks Pam

Sounds like a picie is needed, usually boat helm gears use a tapered shaft with woodruff key for location.
