I have been thinking of how to get our boat sorted and was wondering if there would be any room for say, exchange of skills... I cannot sort out engine fettling,leg service and oil change, 12volt systems, water heater re-site etc without knowledgeable assistance ( or paying out loads of money).. what I can do is sew...I was thinking of offering services for boat upholstery/curtains and such in exchange for tech jobs...would there be any interest in the Bridgewater canal/preston brook area.. I would travel in the runcorn to manchesterisharea for picking up nd measuring, but our boat in need of "fettling"is at preston brook....
