Hi,
my friends and I have just purchased and renovated a Norman 20. Does anybody ever take these boats off shore or is that a daft idea?

With a good size engine (and a good condition transom to hold it on) they make a good fast sea boat for calm conditions, wouldn't fancy one in lumpy water though.
Remember the crew need to be sea-worthy as well as the boat.
