I was contemplating the purchase of a Norman 17 to restore and give to a friend to start boating in, I was wondering if you knew of anybody who has restored their Norman 17 and would be willing to share their experiences. Also have is it possible to find photos and or drawings of the boats in original condition. Perhaps you would suggest modernising the boat. I appreciate any help offered.
You need to trawl through the main site Fionnbarra, there are at least 2 or 3 Norman 17 examples.
