Hi Guys,
Deep breath and deal done, beans on toast for a while.
The panels have a glue bead on the back where they have been stuck down and some small scratches on the top surface but not deep enough for water ingress.
Specs are as per 10 watt panels on website and if you have a 85 -110 AH battery you shouldn't need a regulator.
http://www.marlec.co.uk/products/photovoltaic-panels-solar-pv-panels/spectra-solar-power/
The cost will be £30 and although postage is £5.75 I will round it down to £35 and if you wanted two the postage is more but I will bundle the pair for £65.
If you are interested, drop me an email on cdscoot@yahoo.co.uk, with your address and contact details and how you would like to pay, you can pay by paypal if required.
I live just outside Silverstone and am moored in near Milton Keynes so collection is also an option.
Thanks
Chris |

You don't need a regulator if the panel is small enough not to boil the batteries. Putting a regulator in with a small panel is going to be counter productive. The panel has a blocking diode which will cause a 0.7 volt drop. Adding a controller, which will have its own diode, will cause another 0.7 volt drop. You want as much of the voltage as possible across your batteries, not wasted in diodes!!
