dnme, give that window fabricator a chance, or a call, its not all of us who are on the net all the time...however, quick google on your behalf sir and I see a norman 17 (?????) with FLAT windies!!

Call me an old fool (don't you dare sir!) but to me that looks more like, I don't know, perhaps a CB 18, from CB Boats at Tollesbury, Essex, vintage late 60's.
Certainly doesn't look like anything out of the Norman stable.
The cost of boating is insignificant compared to costs of a young wife and two teenage kids! |

Yeh could be an entirely different boat, a tiny bit similar p'raps. About the email, another poster here had same experience with emailing haulage firms...non-replies, tho a call got instant results. I get frustrated when emailing companies, but some of the small one man band types you have to give some slack. Could be he's an old chap and not even web savvy.. and his kids handle the emails...no way to know really is there?
I appreciate its frustrating though...but...looking at all your posts/work/pics...you've gone so far that things will soon fall into place, Im sure.

| Thanks ricky, yes I've been all over the web. youtube, google. I think the only option left is to glass up the wraparounds leaving me with rectangular(ish) front windows. |

HI DNME and other Norman friends
Sorry i haven't been in Touch DNME.
I am in China and have been for a couple of weeks now, thank god i'm going home friday, it was 36 degrees to day and humidity is terrible.
I cut a product called Lexan glass to size, but couldn't get the glass in the beading and the beading to stay in the frame without it whipping back out.
I looked at a deeper beading on the net and no joy there either.
I have thouight off getting more Lexan and cutting it an inch larger than the window frame and gluing it to the inside of the boat and creating a cosmetic finish on the outside of the boat with the correct beading then sealing the finish? What do you think?
I will also get you the pics of the hatch over the next BH at the end of may.
