My Norman 20 has several "star"cracks and hairline cracks on the cabin roof.
I have gel coat filler but not used it on these minor cracks as I think it may be too thick.
Is there a very thin filler available for these hairline cracks?
Any advice will be much appreciated.

To get rid of them completely you'd probably have to fettle the cracks out before filling which may be more hassle than it's worth.
Also remember gelcoat filler tends to be pristine white and old boats tend to be fairly yellowed with age which may stand out as bad as the cracks once done, you can get a yellow hardener that takes away some of the whiteness but I can't remember what it comes with.
The cracks will only be in the gelcoat so nothing major so may be worth putting up with.
