Finally got out and about on Bonnie our 23. Sharing with another family but having lots of fun after a nervous start! We're moored at Stanley Ferry at the moment but the plan was to move closer to Brighouse/Mirfield eventually.
The other family are out in Manchester at the moment and have come across some 'comments' from people owning metal boats??? What's all that about then?
We have lost the plastic cover for the port running light (at the bottom of guillotine at Todmorden!) What's the standard fix? I'm guessing they're few and far between so what would be a standard work around?
Also trying to wrap my head around a solar install! Hahaha. So, we're on the water and the kids are loving it, my eldest has got confident at the wheel and the other lad loves the ropes and clambering on the boat - probably the best thing we've done for the family for while.
