Hi all, just picked up a 24ft Norman that needs a lot of work. I saw some links to this site/forum on some other forums and came right over to sign up. The boat was pretty much gutted when I picked it up. I'm hoping to fix it up for a part-time liveaboard, but very minimally, as I don't need all the conveniences of home on the boat.
Hull is in good shape. I'll be giving it a paint soon. It had an old inboard motor installed but I'm in the process of sealing up the transom and converting it to an outboard setup. There was a lot of extra bits and pieces I recieved when picking up the boat so I will be probably trying to shift those at some point soon.
I'll probably have quite a few questions in the near future. Hope that is ok!
