What length throttle and gear shift cables should a standard N20 need please?

Depends where the remote is mounted, no such thing as standard unfortunately.

There is no original place, a lot of normans were sold as bare shells, some with kit fitout, some as finished, all with different or no engine options.
You need a tape measure.

Thanks df.

Ah I didn't realise that. I assumed they all came out of the factory with a standard set up.

So I need to measure from the control box along the inside of the boat and then across the back to the engine. How much extra should I add to allow the engine to move side to side?
