My Norman Conquest has had the original windscreen replaced using a hardwood in place of the original aluminium extrusion. Is anyone able to supply me with details of the original aluminium extrusion and maybe with luck details of the original windscreen pattern/measurements. Any information would be appreciated.
Locating a source of the extrusions will be a major problem. I was looking to have a whole screen built for a bigger boat last year. I had the money and was prepared to pay top dollar for a custom large folding screen. Could I find someone to make it..... after 6 months searching I gave up!!!! I was happy to pay £1.5K plus .... no takers!!!????
Good luck, i'm sure there is a yard on the Broads that could do it.....
