Leave a note on it and make an offer. The owner may not want all the work, and might be glad to be rid of it, very cheap.

That could be an interesting and worthwhile discovery! Wide beam 22 with what sort of motor I wonder? Does look to be inboard.

Someone must be keeping the bilge pumped or it would have sunk. Be great to buy it and get the mooring as well. I would change the engine for a 18-25HP Kubota diesel,easily found on eBay

it was ok just recently had the canopy stolen,
