Off to Stoke Bruerne for a few days. CanalPlanAC reckons on 9 days. I bet Adi has something to say about that!!!! Still I will be going gently and relaxing. I might even open both lockgates as long as Chez isn't looking.hehehe I'll try and remember to take some pictures and put them up when we get back.
I find Canal plan ac is quite generous on times, we did a trip up the Avon to Tewkesbury the weekend and it said 9 hours 30 mins for the 26 miles, we got there in 7 hours with all seven locks not in our favour.
Man cutting the grass at Wyre marina did shout at us to slow down ....or words to that effect
