Wow, very presentable, as already stated not sure re make, possible Seamaster, but very photogenic!
Some folks on here far better qualified to tell you the make/model. Welcome anyway.

thank you guys ive looked at the pics within the site but thought i couldn't see it

the boat has been sitting on the canal down the back from were i live turned out its not been licensed for 2 yrs and the water ways couldn't get a hold of the owners its has a small hole in the front and had little water inside and the waterways said if we wanted we could take the boat as salvage as they said it was sinking
and that's how we have the boat. i will look at the other makes mentioned ones again Thank you

That front window almost suggests Dawncraft but I don't think it is. What about Buckingham?

Its Definitely a Teal !

Just to confirm also (although I cant see your BW no !) I think this is yours :

SHADYNOOK Built by TEAL - Length 7.32 metres (24 feet ) - Beam 1.83 metres (6 feet ) Fibre glass hull, power of 999BHP. Registered with British Waterways number 64840 as a Powered. Last registration recorded on 19/04/2008

(The power is a typo I guess !!!)

Adi

Sewer Tubes ? I'd rather have a D**ncr*ft (Only Kidding)

Info on yr boat from Jim Sheads Site (Typed in the name from yr pic!)

The Teal ribbed hull is a dead givaway - I've not found one yet that looks like your superstructure , but not really looked hard.

Not sure what the Childs did with their moulds once they stopped manufacture - maybe someone took them on & modernised the topsides ?

I understand the moulds went to the Isle of Man as "Manx Boats", then I think ended up in Ireland.
The later models sometimes turn up on e bay as fast fishers, the top is totally different on these.
Also the Weston 670 is understood to be the Teal Convertible model with the clinker hull smoothed out and the top moulding made more angular and modern looking.
Somewhere in the loft I have a full Teal file and I am sure I have info on the 24ft model. I also passed loads of info to a chap building a new Teal forum but I forget the name, try a few google searches.
Just found a picture for you, may be a different year model to yours though. Send me your e mail address and I'll send it to you as cannot post it on here. peter.greenwell1@ntlworld.com
