Since the death of my father, a sometimes reader of this forum, we now find we have to sell our Norman 25.

I would be grateful for any advice on selling a Norman. Looking at most brokerages around the network they only sell narrowboats. not many GRP boats for sale by dealers, and definitely not any from 1968.
I know this site has adverts so I apologise if this is bad form but any advice on selling a pre-loved classic Norman would be appreciated.
Is it worth spending time cleaning the boat up much? Or best to sell as a fixer upper?
Has anyone bought or sold on eBay? Any pros and cons for that?

Thanks,
Peter

decide the lowest price you want for the boat, advertise on here giving detais of the boat, get some photos in and out. also stick the boat on ebay with a reserve of what you want taking into account the charges for ebay. good luck
