What level of waterside diesel prices are you finding at the moment? I'm especially interested in what is charged on the canals and pretend Ouse. Here on the Broads the cheapest I've found is £1.25 per litre with the 60/40 split.
no. that's marine fuel. Which I think is a rip off and why I would like to know what folk pay on other waterways. It may well all be meaningless though looking at the EU's latest moves.
I use 10x 20 litre jerry cans and 12v transfer pump, I can transfer 200 litres without spilling any in the river no problem, it shifts a 20 litre can in about 45 seconds and goes through a 10 micron filter to keep any crap out.
