Looks like a tidal mooring, where abouts is it and what size engine does it have?

Looking at the Norman range,(left hand column) your boat looks to be a Norman 22 Mk3.
Not that it matters, as your boat looks very smart.
If I was lucky enough to own it, I think I would fit a diesel hot air heater, as I have spent too many cold nights aboard,even in summer.
