HI
i have a few scratches (self made) some through the paint
it has been painted with a 2 tin paint whatever that means?

can i buy some and touch up these scratches or do i have to paint all of it .ITS A NORMAN 23
any advise please

Depends upon just how deep the scratches are. Superficial scratches may even come out using a cutting compound. If there is any depth they will need filling before painting. Although you might get away with using a gelcoat filler.
