hi need advise were to get petrol on a trip from lincoln to derbyshire , i think fardon marina in newark has petrol is there anyware else the boat has a 5gall internal tank and 2 x 20 ltrs

on a rack at the back ,

HI mate, best way round it, if you have a smart phone or laptop is google petrol stations near my location.Also I use the Canal and river trust maps online for whatever stretch im on . Zoom in and it will show all the nearby services , Garages And best of all Supermarkets which do grub and petrol. Used it in July to go from Doncaster to Skipton.

Google maps will give you the nearest petrol stations.
You may need a little sack barrow.20 ltr jerrycans can get quite heavy if you have to carry them any distance.
