Biggest culprit is usually windows and or window frame to boat sealing.
Then anything that is screwed to the boat, rails, cleats, fender hangers etc.The rubbing strip fastenings (thanks Margaret, didn't think of that)
Get an assistant to pour a bucket of water over various suspect areas, while you with a torch look inside.
Best of luck.

Our boat had a small rainwater leak to the rear bilge. eventually traced to the new rubbing strakes , the screw holes for the old ones had not been filled properly.

99% of the time it will be rain water or condensation build up, leaks around windows and fittings can be a git to find with the headlining moulding hiding where it's coming from, chalkdust is you friend for leak finding.
