Posted - 06 Feb 2019 : 16:09:38 Anyone wanting to try one of the chinese diesel heaters, I've just put one up on the sale page. Its a 2KW unit so not huge but would suit most Normans I reckon! |

Posted - 06 Feb 2019 : 22:40:51 You would need a double skinned marine exhaust fitting and the silencer that comes with them is not a sealed unit like the eber/webasto marine version but a bit of welding round the seam would probably make it good. 2KW would be more than enough for most normans.
Just looked on the sale page, for £100 you can't go wrong really. Don't get why it's no good for his petrol outboard though, I had a webasto on my norman 25 you just need a separate fuel tank, I used a portable outboard tank with bayonet fitting and got a bss with it fitted like it, need a decent size battery though.
