Posted - 29 Jun 2018 : 19:37:17 hi all, just back from 2 weeks on the Chesterfield Canal via the Trent. Took the canopy off on day one and replaced on day 14. Bit hot for the dog lol and a bit lumpy with horse fly bites. Worst iv'e known for years. They are trying with the weed and depth on the Chesterfield and it is well worth a visit as Normans are made for this narrow shallow boating,( tilt the outboard up a notch). Hebden Bridge next trip. Just got a BSS renew . Fastar heater bang on, 0 to 44 degrees in 20 secs . No pilot just click on using 1 torch battery. It's the way forward and cheap as chips. BTW it is flame safe so no worries about retro fitting. Enough for now Photos inshallar. Regards Philihun.
