hi all, just back from 2 weeks on the Chesterfield Canal via the Trent. Took the canopy off on day one and replaced on day 14. Bit hot for the dog lol and a bit lumpy with horse fly bites. Worst iv'e known for years. They are trying with the weed and depth on the Chesterfield and it is well worth a visit as Normans are made for this narrow shallow boating,( tilt the outboard up a notch). Hebden Bridge next trip. Just got a BSS renew . Fastar heater bang on, 0 to 44 degrees in 20 secs . No pilot just click on using 1 torch battery. It's the way forward and cheap as chips. BTW it is flame safe so no worries about retro fitting. Enough for now Photos inshallar. Regards Philihun.

I'm glad it's not just me that the horseflies are eating this year.
