A new fore peak hatch was required due to rain leakage so here's a few pictures of the process, timber is mostly iroka, then screwed and glued. There's also a handle incorporated underneath.
note mixture of imperial and metric!

You made a lovely job of that but really, putting legs on it is a step too far!
