Enfield 130 ford engine

Went for a cruise today, and twice it just cut out?

Happened twice, especially at lower speeds

Took a couple of attempts to start it again but the the remainder of the journey was fine? Any ideas why?

Fuel pump not pumping properly? Next time it cuts out don't try to start it, instead take the top off the float chamber and have a look if it is full or empty.

Sounds like fuel starvation.
