Thanks to Flinty, we seem to be up and running again on the main site.
So, anyone wanting to add photos or descriptions, stories, in fact anything at all, just forward it to me via email. We can also try and advertise again to feel free to send anything in.
I'm not promising it will all work straight away but, by a process of "idiot playing", I seem to get by eventually! |

they were supposed to be smileys but I was sending from my phone and they dont seem to translate to windows very well.that will teach me to preview first in future

It's great to see the site starting to work again it's been a place to turn to whenever I need help advice or just insperation.

I seem to have lost my avatar pic Dave, it's still on my profile page and the code is correct, it is also still up on the Postimage.org source page and works on other forums.
Edit - it's back on this post so maybe it is only the older posts affected?

Yes apparently there is a 'main site' thing, and it is still the old site with the root directory of doom.
You may end up having to redo a lot of your edits at some point Trevor once it gets sorted better, I'm still not sure I'm going the right way about it yet.
