What I didn't mention was that the boats deck/walkway (is that what you call them?) have been painted in yellow gloss! This is proving more difficult to remove than the gold paint, however I'm a woman on a mission and recon I'll have it gone by next week. Underneath is a blue none slip strip with a few layers of blue paint on it. '. I want to turn the thin strips a maroon colour. Do I buy paint with sand in it or something?
