help please.i have a norman 20 (internaut).i need a replacement steering part.the small cog on the steering wheel shaft has one tooth broken.
anyone know where i can source the whole assembly.parts at wheel end only.cable etc ok.many thanks for any ideas. david.

Refer to Deanos post, point 3, at least 99% of the time.
I did have one a while back but it went into the scrap bin at work as it also fitted the 'knackered' catagory.

They are generally sold as a complete item.

Outboard steering systems only appear to exist in 3 different states:-

1, New, always just over £100
2, Fitted on a boat and working.
3, Knackered.

They do not ever appear to exist second hand,

I'd be inclined to change cable as well or you will wear out a new helm gear with the worn cable, try asap supplies.
