Thank you to everyone who has replied to my questions.
When people are new to boating,it would be really useful,to have a few pages of basic info, even things like using the cooker, changing the bottle, etc.

Hi, me and my partner were new to it last year having found a norman 20 in a back garden and restord it...we felt exactly the same as you..there are no tests to see if you can drive/steer..no one explains the locks etc...just go out and learn as we did ...its great fun and you will soon pick it all up
