Thought you might like some pictures of the slow progress. Been concentrating on the cockpit which is coming together.

First posting of photos so think I need a bit more practise.
The Britannia comment in a recent post caught my eye. Quite fancy a gold line if anybody has some gold leaf spare.

Great job, lovely woodwork. Always handy to get into the bilge area and if you make loose boards with ring pull flush brass fittings a good extra stowage area as you never have enough places to hide things.

Edit..realised you are talking about cabin floor, if there isn't much space underneath all you really need is like Freemans just a central loose board about 6" wide. Freemans only have it for access to keel bolts though. Also they taper the floor down slightly to the central board to give a little extra headroom.

Thanks for all the positive comments, proves I'm heading in the right direction.
Next task is to make the cabin deck. Was thinking of making loose boards that fit around the fitted furniture in case they have to come out for drying and mopping out purposes!
