Has anyone had any success with cleaning products for Vinyl covers.
I would imagine the best way to get good results would be to remove
and lay it flat to scrub. Any tips would be useful...thanks ! |

There was a product test in Practical Classics years ago that showed Vanish Soap to be a very very effective cleaner of vinyl.
That is the stuff that is in a bar form like conventional soap. Work into a lather and scrub with a stiff brush.

I bought a second hand one that was oil stained, laid it out went over it with washing powder and a decent brush , then blasted it off with a pressure washer(on the lowest setting) canme up real good, then used

I haven't had any experience with vinyl covers on boats but I have had good results on convertible car hoods with the Renovo products. Cleaners and re-proofers gave great results. |
