Hi all.

My Shetland Black Prince has a large bulkhead at the bow under the v berth and currently has a 120ltr plastimo triangular shaped flexible water tank. This has gone brittle and has a small leak. The tank is lost under there as there is enough room for a much larger tank. My problems is that the bulk head is accessed by three small inspection hatches covered by locker covers. I can just about squeeze my head and shoulder through one of these and just about fitted the plastimo tank back through after cleaning it.

I can't cut a large hole at the top of the bulkhead as it is structural and covered in gel coat.

Does anyone know of any solution I could use to obtain a decent sized tank under there? Are there any good flexible tanks out there or are there ways a stainless steel tank could be fabricated in sections?

As ever your help is appreciated

Regards

Billy
