It seems the local scrotes have taken an interest in my boat - one of the front windows has been heavily scratched, and one of the side windows has been forced open, breaking the catch in the process.

I think the catch itself isn't too badly damaged, but the aluminium window frame that it screws into is mangled where it was attached. I don't really want to have to replace the whole window frame, so I guess I'll have to fabricate some kind of repair.

Oh well, at least it's still floating and the outboard is still attached!

The marina I moor in has a liveaboard with a hefty staffie as nighsorrychman, he gets his berth and electric for free as long as he keeps an eye on the place, a very helpful chap that sent me a text last week during the high winds to tell me all was well with the boat, giving him the shaft he needs for his enfield probably helps but I recon a case of beer for xmas won't go amiss.
