hi i have just purchased a norman 20 foot boat i would like to change the handrails from wood to stainless steel on the forward cabin roof does anyone know if these can be bought as a stock item thanks

If your wooden rails are of a 3 point contact then you will find it difficult to obtain stainless rails without paying a fortune to have 'bespoke' rails made.
I spent ages on the same subject and ended up making my own rails out of 28mm diameter hardwood pole.
I sprayed them to the colour i wanted amd then varnished them
Finally i fitted copper end caps to each end of the rail which i got from a plumbers merchants.
The finished handrail looks great and they cost me no more than £10 each to make.
