Posted - 18 Aug 2012 : 14:11:31 Thanks for the pics. Do you mind if I use one on a future blog please? Yes, The Albion is a nice pub, and Wivenhoe should certainly have somewhere for guests boats to moor up. The Sailing Club does have, but I'm not sure if they're keen on non-sailing vessels!

It's a shame wivenhoe doesn't have any visitor friendly moorings as the rose and crown was one of the goals, that said Biff at the Albion is well worth a visit (lovely dog).
