I very rarely complain but I have been let down by SAC graphics. Ordered some new boat names and striping tape to apply before the boat goes back in the water and 2weeks later still nothing after been promised they would have been delivered.

I now have to pay an extra £14 to speed up the order by 1 day.

If I were to shop again it wouldn't be with SAC Graphics.

Rant over.

Cut the R out put the name on now and get them to send you two new names spelt right and just use the number 2's out of them to apply when afloat and keep the rest for spares cos doubt they will want the old ones back.

Well they arrived this morning and spelt wrong.

I got 'Quo Vardis' should have been Quo Vadis 2' and was clearly correct in the order form. Cant see a way to change an r to a 2. By the time I get the replacement the boat will be in the water so difficult to apply properly. Ahhhhhhhhh......

But sometimes I take things back as they have now reduced the charge and sent out the graphics. At least they told me what was happening unlike most large companies who just make up their own rules.

So all in all they have rectified the matter and I'm happy again.
