They are just the right size to be used to smash a window out of its frames to make an exit too!!!!

Or in the case of an actual fire on board, the fire extinguishers can stay where they are for bss and the crew can run away and let the boat burn! In practise the only time it's worth fighting a fire on a boat is when it's between you and the exit(or can just be blown out), other than that you can always buy another boat, buying another life (or skin) involves a lot more religious belief than I'll ever have.
It's a crappy bss approach but a good survival technique.

Those extinguishers are not only compliant, they are the same brand that you will find in many chandleries at double the price. A bargain.

Listed in the add as Fire rating: 5A 34B C
BSS requires

But the BSS is based on the total capacity carried on the boat, not single extinguishers.
Boat length -- Number of extinguishers -- TOTAL capacity
Under 7m (23ft) ---- 2 -------- 10A/68B
7-11m (23-36ft) ---- 2 -------- 13A/89B
Over 11m (36ft) ---- 3 -------- 21A/144B
So, one extinguisher of 10A/68B would fail
Personally I have 4 x 5A/34B in the cabins and one auto in each engine bay.

are they BS compliant Trev ? 10A/68B or greater
