Posted - 28 Oct 2011 : 12:05:56 I have a Sillette Sonic 70 Stern drive fitted to a Yanmar engine.
While my boat is out of the water I want to overhaul the sterndrive, does anyone have experience of this model as there is very little info on the Sillette website.
I want to drain and replace the oil - don't know how?
Want to replace the rubber belows and although I've bought new ones they didn't come with instructions on how to replace.
I want to replace/top up the hydrualic fluid in the lift mechanism.
Any help with any of this would be welcome as I get the impression from the man at Sillette they are more used to dealing with marinas rather than DIyers. |
