The fact that it needs a new engine does not help but it is berthed in a lovely place, Emsworth in Chichester Harbour. My neighbour has a raggie thing on a swinging mooring at Emsworth - it's lovely there although a bloody long way to get out to sea from what I can see but a huge and sheltered sailing ground around the whole Chi harbour area. You'll be back I'm sure. Good luck. The cost of boating is insignificant compared to costs of a young wife and two teenage kids!
