Posted - 20 Jul 2011 : 17:06:41 After a few years of pleasure, sadly work and financial pressures force me to abandon me old boat. The fact that it needs a new engine does not help but it is berthed in a lovely place, Emsworth in Chichester Harbour. If any one has an engine under their arm (40 HP mimimum I recommend as its tidal) and then enjoy the glorious waters of Chichesterer Harbour then just look here. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20-foot-cabin-cruiser-fishing-boat-/140580442108?pt=UK_Power_Boats&hash=item20bb3f4ffc
When time and finance afford in the future (hopefully) I will come back here and look for another one from any of you.
I shall still follow this forum, (and dream) Mike Wallis 0788 600 4398 (call me if you are interested in knowing more)

Posted - 21 Jul 2011 : 06:28:04 Sorry for you Mike. Why on earth did you list it in that state though? Wouldn't it be much more attractive in that e-bay pic if you'd scrubbed it up first?
My neighbour has a raggie thing on a swinging mooring at Emsworth - it's lovely there although a bloody long way to get out to sea from what I can see but a huge and sheltered sailing ground around the whole Chi harbour area.
You'll be back I'm sure. Good luck.
The cost of boating is insignificant compared to costs of a young wife and two teenage kids! |
